Friday 13 is Feast day of St Mungo and there are events throughout the city celebrating the city’s patron.
There will be Masses throughout the parishes of the Archdiocese of Glasgow, check locally for Mass times.
There will be Mass in St Andrew’s Metropolitan Cathedral, Clyde St Glasgow at 1.00 pm to celebrate the Feast Day.
This will be followed by an Evening Prayer (Vespers) at 7.00 p.m. – a service of hymns, psalms, reading and prayer with the St Mungo Singers and harpist.
All are welcome.
Don’t forget that The Friends of Glasgow Cathedral are offering tours at two times (10.30am and 13.30pm) with a maximum of 15 persons for each tour.
