Prolific author, editor, academic, publisher and historian, Neil Baxter has planned, procured and project managed innumerable events, buildings and public artworks. He originated and curated the, highly successful, year-long, Scotland wide, Festival of Architecture in 2016.

Baxter has served variously as principal in his own practice, CEO of a major professional institute and Co-Director of Baxter/Jardine Ltd, a publishing company with offices in Glasgow and Berlin.
